Recreate the Garden of Eden with whole foods and The Mediterranean Diet

Nearly every human being on the planet is familiar with the concept of 2000 calories per day, which is the average amount of energy a human adult needs to sustain a healthy life. But what many people fail to realize is that it is less about quantity of calories you take in, and more about the quality of the food. 2000 calories of processed toxins is far different than 2000 calories of nutrient rich whole foods.

The unfortunate reality is that the vast majority of people in the United States and other Western countries are not eating properly. Instead, there is an entire so-called health and wellness industry whose only purpose in life is to sell products. And considering how many overweight and depressed people there are in the United States who are consistently looking for a way to look better and feel better about themselves, it’s no surprise when they take the bait of a magical pill.

True health and wellness only comes from products created by the Earth. Regardless if you are an individual who believes in religion or not, almost all of the religious texts talk about some type of Garden of Eden which existed at the beginning of time. Here, men and women lived for thousands of years, and yet they didn’t have pills and supplements and protein shakes. So how exactly is it that they managed to live for so long?

The reason why is fairly simple. In the beginning of time, regardless if you are religious or not, men did not rely on supplements and pills and synthetic chemicals to fuel their bodies. Instead, they were only eating the natural products that come from the planet, things like fruits and vegetables, not processed protein shakes and lowfat lattes and diet sodas. It’s 70% food and only 30% diet, so the issue is not in the lifestyle so much as it is the food.

As such, if you want to achieve perfect health and wellness along with a naturally sexy body, and consequently live longer in the process, you have to eat real, natural food as it was meant to be consumed: straight from the source and untainted by chemicals. One of the healthiest options is The Mediterranean Diet, but there are numerous other diet plans which incorporate whole foods, and as long as you focus on natural and organic produce, you can avoid being one of the sickly statistics who are the modern Americans.

Whole foods are only one part of the revolution that is The Mediterranean Diet Plan.
