There are two principles that much be mastered by the student in any golf swing lesson, to achieve a great overall technique. These are balance and rhythm. To take your game up a couple of notches, these must become like second nature. Your consistency and confidence will grow dramatically when you have control of these two elements. Rhythm is the ability to repeat the same action again and again and with the same speed. The ability to maintain stability during each stage of the stroke, from the teeing up stage to completion, is what we mean by balance.
