To increase resistance, simply raise the incline. At the lowest setting, you lift a gentle 4% of your body weight. More repetitions at lower inclines will firm, trim, and tone your body. At the highest setting, you're working against a challenging 60% of your total weight. (Percentages may vary by weight.) Fewer reps at higher inclines strengthen muscles, and help bring definition to your thighs, hips, buttocks, arms, chest, abdomen, and shoulders.
