On A Yearly Basis Rio De Janeiro Explodes With The Largest Party On Earth, Carnaval

Every year Rio de Janeiro explodes with what could well be the largest celebration in the world: Carnaval. Whilst promising a wild pazazz, Brazil’s most well-known variation of Mardi Gras represents a lot of the city’s intricacies: deep Catholic origins, vibrant celebrations, pulsing music with African influence, sensuality, beach life, and a regrettable underbelly of organized crime.
